岗位职责：
1、 初步建立部门的工作流程，确立系统使用流程，参与系统测试；
2、 简单分配理财端团队每位员工的相应工作；
3、 进行系统录入P2P出借客户信息，操作资金代扣，审核借款客户信息；
4、 进行资金划拨，债权匹配，债权转让操作；
5、 计算借款客户还款金额，分配还款金额，进行回款再出借操作；
6、 统计两端客户信息表和两端业务明细表；
7、 制作出借客户出借通知单，出借客户资金出借报告；
8、 解决销售以及其他部门的相关问题。

任职资格：
1.熟悉P2P行业债权匹配，债权转让操作
2.熟悉借款人还款金额计算、分配的计算与操作
3.客户债权到期，制作债权转让协议列表，确保受让人及时支付款项。
