Job Summary:

The role involves validating high value software orders against strict sales, legal and financial policies and making decisions on whether an order may be accepted or not. Work with different departments to resolve order-related issues. Delivery of software licenses and resolution of customer issues with license keys. Investigation and research of database queries. Close teamwork with worldwide sales operations.

Job Description:
Seeking a strong candidate will be responsible for sales orders and daily operation. This is a great opportunity for a person who inspired to work in a global company in a MNC ( Multi-national company) environment. This person will report to the manager based in remote site and work with other colleagues based in AP countries. He or she will be based in Beijing office to support sales team. To succeed in this challenging role, the person is expected to be a fast learner and be able to work under great pressure. Good communication skills ( both in English and Chinese ) is a must. Good skills of EXCEL reports.

Job Requirements:
Ideally the successful candidate would have strong SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system. Experience in import/export or orders is preferable and background in customer support is desirable. Candidate must be able to work independently and manage a variety of tasks that involve setting priorities, researching, and problem-solving.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Strong operational experience and software skills (esp. SAP).
2. Attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and reports are key skills for this role.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Flexibility, enthusiasm and ability to work independently.
5. Good English language essential.
