迪士尼中国原创内容团队目前寻找“T型”人才（指精通一个领域，但也涉及其它领域），该人员需要具备创新精神、专业、自我激励型、具有团队精神，能和各创意和商务部门同事协调合作，上述类型人才将会和迪士尼的“价值驱动、自我创新、高效创作”风格相得益彰。

职责 迪士尼中国原创内容团队中的编剧向创意开发经理汇报工作，并且应就以下内容协助故事总监及创意制片人：
- 公开陈述创意的概念
- 就人物和故事开展创意头脑风暴
- 草拟故事梗概、大纲及长篇梗概
- 撰写剧本
创作范围为跨媒体的内容，包括中国主题原创的与改编的动画以及实拍节目
基本条件
- 对于中西方动画产业有深入的了解
- 熟悉中西方动画作品
- 熟悉动画叙事手法以及电影、电视中的视听语言技巧
- 对于中西方叙事手法有深入的了解
- 想象力和幽默感
- 主动性和责任感

Job Description The Disney China Local Content Team develops character-driven transmedia entertainment for family audiences across Greater China and throughout Asia Pacific. We dedicate ourselves to appealing stories and international-quality content, leveraging upon the vast potential of the Chinese talent pool and the creative principles of The Walt Disney Company.
The Disney China Local Content Team seeks “T-shaped” people (those with a depth of knowledge in one area and a breath of knowledge in other areas) who are innovative, proficient, self-motivated, work well with others and can collaborate across different creative and business areas. Such people are essential to our value-driven, innovative, high-performance creative culture.
Members of the Disney China Local Content Team should be:
- Experienced professionals who are willing to learn
- Idea-generators with critical evaluation skills
- Independent creators who can collaborate with others
- Effective leaders who can also take direction
Responsibilities WRITERS on the Disney China Local Content Team report to the Development Manager and work with the Director of Story and Creative Producers to:
- Pitch creative concepts
- Brainstorm character & story ideas
- Draft synopses, outlines & treatments
- Write teleplays & screenplays
for original and adapted Chinese-themed animated & live-action family entertainment across all media.
Basic Qualifications
- Understanding of Chinese and international animation industry
- Familiarity with Chinese and international animation works
- Familiarity with animation storytelling and visual language of TV & film
- Understanding of Eastern and Western storytelling approaches
- Imagination and sense of humor
- Motivation and responsibility
