职责 迪士尼中国原创内容团队中的创意开发经理向创意开发总监汇报工作，并且应就以下内容协助创意开发经理，故事总监以及创意制片人：

? 执行项目制作的运营进度
? 协调与执行部门的创作素材需求
? 协调与执行内部创作流程的运作
? 维护与公司内部其他事业部门的合作关系

Job Description The Disney China Local Content Team develops character-driven transmedia entertainment for family audiences across Greater China and throughout Asia Pacific. We dedicate ourselves to appealing stories and international-quality content, leveraging upon the vast potential of the Chinese talent pool and the creative principles of The Walt Disney Company.
The Disney China Local Content Team seeks “T-shaped” people (those with a depth of knowledge in one area and a breath of knowledge in other areas) who are innovative, proficient, self-motivated, work well with others and can collaborate across different creative and business areas. Such people are essential to our value-driven, innovative, high-performance creative culture.
Members of the Disney China Local Content Team should be:
? Experienced professionals who are willing to learn

Responsibilities The DEVELOPMENT MANAGER of the Disney China Local Content Team reports to the Director of Development and works with the Director of Development, Director of Story and Creative Producers to:
? Manage department operational strategyschedule
? Coordinate & manage department material requirements
? Coordinate & manage internal department creative operations
? Maintain department relationships across company lines of business
Basic Qualifications ? Understanding of Chinese and international management styles
? Familiarity with needs of creative environment and talent
? Excellent organization & communication skills
? Imagination and sense of humor
? Motivation and responsibility
? Excellent English and fluent Mandarin
