工作目标
担任这一职位将管理迪士尼移动和在线部门的制作和营销活动,包括带领团队进行应用程序开发,制定营销活动计划,实施营销项目,联合外部合作方开展营销活动以及与华特迪士尼集团不同业务部合作组织协同活动。担任这一职位将遵循迪士尼的营销战略,致力于推动迪士尼移动服务和网站的发展,从而吸引更多的观众并增强其对迪士尼品牌节目的忠诚度,并且还要联合其他团队共同实现应占经营溢利目标。
主要工作职责
? 通过选择合格的供应商,领导制作团队开发迪士尼应用程序,并交付优质产品;
? 根据行业知识和已有经验,提供关于在线/移动内容开发和产品特点方面的市场数据和意见;
? 深刻理解顾客的特殊行为和在线数码产品的市场趋势,持续向迪士尼移动和在线业务部提供市场情报;
? 联合内外部合作伙伴制定并实施营销计划,以提高迪士尼网站的访问量/移动服务的订阅量,并提高客户的忠诚度;
? 监督营销活动各方面的设计和实施情况,如广告、视频资产、文档和辅助宣传材料;
? 与制作和创意团队紧密合作制定营销战略,以为产品发布路线图的形成提供支持,通过产品内容传递迪士尼品牌信息,同时符合目标顾客的期望;
? 为公司品牌和特许经营品牌活动提供支持,从在线和移动视角为品牌活动的策划提供建议;
? 与其他迪士尼业务部门(如迪士尼消费品部、电影部、电视部、DVD部、图书出版部、香港迪士尼乐园)以及外部合作伙伴(如媒体、门户网站和社区网站等)合作,启动并执行交互促销活动;
? 报表和市场数据分析。
职位要求
教育背景:
? 商业、营销、广告、经济或相关专业本科学历
工作经验:
? 3-5年知名地方企业专业互联网和移动营销经验;
? 在利用多媒体(如互联网、印刷品、POS)开展面向顾客的营销项目和活动方面有丰富的经验;
? 拥有公共关系管理经验 – 与出版社合作,起草新闻稿方面的经验;
? 拥有在线和移动产品定位方面的经验;
? 拥有与在线和移动合作伙伴、快速消费品品牌、电子品牌合作规划和实施交互促销活动的经验;
核心能力:
? 计算机技能
? 较强的沟通技能,在不同的工作团队中都能够与他人合作并达成共识
? 较强的英文和普通话书面和口头沟通能力

Job Purpose
The person will manage production and marketing areas for Disney Mobile and Online including taking lead of App production, developing marketing action plans, conducting marketing programs, and implementing marketing campaigns with external partners and synergy campaigns with different Business Units in The Walt Disney Group. He, or she, will follow Disney marketing strategy to, promote Disney mobile services and website to reach more audience and enhance their stickiness, and help to achieve the AOP target together with the teams.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop Disney App through sourcing qualified vendors, taking lead of production, and deliver high quality product;
? Based on industry knowledge and past experience, to provide market inputs and opinions on online/mobile contents developments and product features;
? Deep understanding of the special consumers behavior and market trends in online digital work, provide ongoing market intelligence to Disney mobile and online business;
? Develop and implement marketing programs with external and internal partners to increase the visits volume/ subscription for Disney website and mobile services, and improve customers’ stickiness;
? Oversight of design and implementation of all aspects of marketing campaigns, including advertising, video assets, documentation, and collateral material;
? Work closely with production and creative team to develop marketing tactics to support product release roadmap, convey Disney brand message through the product content and meet target audience’s expectations;
? Support corporate brand and franchise initiatives, provide an online and mobile perspective on brand campaigns;
? Premium stock management and Casual Buyer role;
? Initiate and execute cross promotions with other Disney Business Units such as Disney Consumer Products, Movies, TV, DVD, Publishing, HK Disney Land, and also with external partners such as ad and media, portal and community websites, etc.;
? Reporting and market data analysis.
Requirements
Education:
? BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
? 3-5 years of professional internet and mobile marketing experience with successful local companies;
? Deep experience in running consumer-facing marketing programs, campaigns and events across multiple media such as internet, print, POS;
? Experience in managing PR – working with press, drafting press releases;
? Experience in positioning online and mobile product(s);
? Experience in planning and conducting cross promotion campaigns with online and mobile partners, FMCG brands, electronics brands ;
