职位描述
Purpose of Job
This position is responsible for all aspects of the China finance organization. This includes financial planning & analysis, establishing and enforcing compliance with policies, developing and maintaining a robust financial control environment and actively supports the definition and execution of the strategy for the China.
Essential Job Functions
1. Budgeting
a. Coordinate the annual budgeting process for the China and lead budget reviews.
b. Provide accurate rolling forecasts and projections to provide status of progress vs. budgets.
c. Manage the monthly budget reports and variance analysis to drive timely management and operational decisions.
d. Development and continuous improvement of the annual budget process as an effective strategic management tool for the China.
2. China Financial and Management Reporting
a. Experience in Hong Kong and relevant international Financial Reporting Standards.
b. Manage all China subsidiaries' finance managers to complete timely and accurate monthly closing, reports and prepare timely quarterly and annual statutory reports.
c. Manage the audit process and communicate to ensure minimal time cost due to internal audit process efficiency.
d. Effectively manage internal controls and improvement recommendations in the audit report or management letters.
e. Drive continuous improvements of accounting systems and procedures.
3. Treasury and Tax Function
a. Conversant with SAFE requirements on international transaction
b. Conversant with various PRC tax legislations and practices.
c. Effectively control Inter company transaction, corporate tax and manage implications on SAFE and Tax requirements.
d. Conversant with China entity tax audits and reporting requirements.
e. Take appropriate steps to safeguard all China assets and ensure that all China financial books and records are maintained in accordance with the established China/Company policies, procedures and Hong Kong/local GAAP.
4. Management Support
a. Be an effective participant of the senior management to contribute to strategy and decisions made from financial viewpoint.
b. Effective administer the work of respective region finance functions in different regions to achieve China finance objectives.
c. Support company’s fundraising efforts through the provision of information for reporting and project financing purposes.
d. Ensure company maximizes tax benefits though government programmes such as R&D and training subsidies.
5. Financial procedures
a. Develop and maintain thorough financial procedures for the China for all transaction cycles. Experience in multinational project accounting will be an advantage but not compulsory.
b. Conversant with implementing EVA initiatives in Business Units and Regional views will be an advantage.
c. Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements
d. Ensure adequate financial policies in place and such policies are being adhered.
e. Implement financial guidelines for the China and the finance and accounting function.
6. Corporate Responsibilities
a. Implement and maintain a sound Corporate Governance Structure. Previous compliance experience will be an advantage.
b. Attend supervision, team meetings, training and other meetings as required.
c. Able to effectively lead multi cultural and location team members in line with company’s policies, procedures and ethos.
d. Undertake other duties reporting directly to the China CFO in keeping with the responsibility of the post.
e. Experience in ERP systems and implementation will be an advantage.
7. Other Responsibilities
Conduct any enquiries and ad hoc assignments on behalf of CFO & Group Financial Controller as are required from time-to-time.

Education, Knowledge, Abilities, and Experience Required
? Bachelor degree or above with major in finance, accounting, Economic or related, certified public accountant qualification, with ACCA, CPA certificate is preferred.
? More than 12 years financial management working experience with solid 5 years equivalent roles. Prior exposure to the manufacturing company and an in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules is pre-requisite. MNC experiences are a big plus.
? Extensive understanding of cooperate financial management knowledge and working experience;
? Familiar with international and national accounting rules including financing, taxation, auditing , etc.;
? Strong capabilities in financial judgment and analysis;
? Sophisticated skills and knowledge in team management;
? Strong in communication and coordination, is able to keep good relationship both internally and externally;
? Excellent command of English & Mandarin skill in reading, writing & speaking
? Good command of computer skill
? Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
