职位描述

主要职责Essential Job Functions
1. Identify Core Competencies Needed by the workforce.
2. Deploy competency mapping in the company as a basis for training plan
3. Design and Implement Training Programs within the organization;
4. Design training according to instructional design standards
5. Make training plan monthly, quarterly.
6. Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
7. Organize approved training plan
8. Help line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
9. Coach and oversee the work of field trainers.
10. Conduct training for supervisors and managers on specific leadership development topics.
11. Ensure Career Development Plans are in place for High Potential leaders/supervisors.
12. Evaluate training and development programs for continuous improvement. Keeping training materials up to date.
13. Organize training materials in appropriate categories (also include e-learning).
14. Consider the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
15. Assess the return on investment (ROI) of any training or development
16. Develop testing and evaluation procedures.

任职要求Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required
1. BS/BA degree required, MBA or an advanced degree in HR preferred
2. 8+ years of relevant work experience;Fluent in both verbal and written English;
3. High degree of business acumen and people acumen
4. Ability to influence business leaders at all levels across the organization.
5. Demonstrable success in managing HR training Programs in a complex, matrix business environment
6. Strong communications skills both written and verbal
7. Strong leadership and management skills
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify systems strengths and weaknesses, and drive for continuous improvement in leadership, management, talent capability and team development through L&D interventions.
9. Demonstrable ability to partner effectively with internal clients and across HR to deliver effective business solutions.
10. Organization Development expertise, including organizational, leadership, management, talent diagnostics, L&D solution design, coaching capabilities and etc.
