2-3 years Experience as sales assistant in High-Level or Luxury shop
2-3年在高端或奢侈品店铺做销售助理的工作经验
Excellent Communication/relationship building skills

Excellent appearance and grooming

Energetic, Driven, customer-oriented

Computer literate

You will contribute to the achievement of the store’s sales target by:
你将会致力于完整店铺销售业绩：
Providing outstanding customer service, respecting brand standard through all phases of the selling ceremony: from welcoming the customers and understanding and anticipating their needs, to accompanying them through the payment process.
提供出色的客户服务，在各方面的销售礼仪都与品牌标准保持一致：从迎接顾客，理解和洞悉他们的需求，到陪同他们完成整个付款过程
Interacting with customers and building strong customer relationships

Ensuring the collection of customer’s personal data

your own appearance and grooming correspond to brand requirements

all aspects of shop correspond to brand standard and requirements:

- by keeping the shop tidy and clean
- 保持店铺整齐与干净
-by ensuring that products are ready for sale, and neatly arranged in display according to brand visual merchandising guidelines

you are capable of introducing the customers to the Brand’s universe thanks to a perfect knowledge of the brand DNA and history

Store operations :
店铺运营:
Look after all operative activities necessary to ensure store efficiency (inventory, stock transfers, sales operations etc)
负责所有必要的运营事项来确保店铺运营效率（存货盘点，库存转让，销售运营等）

Work as a team with other sales advisor
与其他销售导购进行团队合作

Promptly report discrepancies and any other problems to the Store Manager
如果发现任何问题和不妥立即向店长报告
