职位描述
Overall Position Description
· Achieve the company assigned sales targets
· Sales revenue’s margin control.
· Control the payment issue of the customer.
· Local market information collection including competitor and customer sides.
· Support local marketing activities like exhibition and seminar.
· New customer investigation and existing customer maintenance.
· Regularly report to ASM based on company demands
· Take product knowledge to set up company brand image
· Use CRM as a tool to manage daily sales work.
· Based in Beijing.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Achieve personal sales target
· Be familiar with machine tool industry in North of China.
· Support regional sales target
· Achieve profit target with sales target
· Increase customer awareness
· Increase market share
· Get new customers
· Sales revenue’s margin control.
· Control the payment issue of the customer.
Specific Job Skills
· Excellent sales skills and local customer understanding.
· Excellent reporting abilities.
· Excellent computer skills, including Powerpoint and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
· Effective written English communication skills.
· Good technical background of sensor and automation.
· Be familiar with target customer.
· Strong ability to develop market
· Can work under high pressure
· Willing to business trip
· College education (or above) of automation, electronic engineering etc…
· 5-8 years sales experience of Opto-sensor or related automotive products
