Job Description

Overall ArchitectOffice Lead is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex business and IT transformation programs andintegrating processes and technology to help thetop insurance client in China achieve high performance business. The overall architect is the lead architect and responsible formanaging the architect team and designing the robust application, data, security, integration and technology architecture to support client business and IT transformation. With solid knowledge on all the architecture era and proven soft skill, the overall architect office lead cancontrol the direction of solution design and manage the client expectation.

Key responsibilities may include:

? Lead the overall business and IT transformation journey for the top insurance client in China.
? Lead the architect team to define and optimize the robust application, data, security, integration and technical architecture to well fulfill business and IT transformation requirements.
? Lead the architect team to deliveron time on quality. Draft and monitor the work plan,recognize and handle the risk, control the deliverable’s quality and work the issues out.
? Lead architect team to review the detailed solution design from vendor and provide rational recommendation.
? Lead the architect team to well communicate with biz and IT department.
? Design the overall architecture management asset includingframework, organization, process, approach, principle and template to enforce the architecture governance.
? Lead the productor solution evaluation and selectionactivities.
? Lead and manage program-wide technology build, test and deployment activities
? Provide direction or guidance when there is problem, confliction occurred internally and externally.
? Identify and monitor inter-dependencies and conflictions between various business and IT transformation activities.
? Introduce leading practice and industry trend, Accenture PoV to influence client expectation.
? Engage with client deeply at Manager and C level.
? Represent the architecture design efforts to Manager and C-level executive.
? Being recognized as an expert on one or more architecture areas.

Professional Skill Requirements:

? Deep experience on overall architecture governance, insurance industry solution and program management includes:

？ Enterprise Architecture Planning and Implementation
？ Insurance Industry Trend
？ ESB/BPM/SOA design and governance
？ IT Governance
？ Technology Trend e.g. cloud, big data, mobility etc.

？ IT Operation and Service Management
? Deep knowledge on core life insurance solution in China market.
? At least 5 years consulting firm experience
? At least 5 large scale core life insurance business/IT transformation and implementation projects experience in last 8 years (as lead architect).
? At least 10 years working experience with 8 years focus on solution architecture or overall architecture era.
? BS in Computer Science or related, MS preferred
