C&B Manager-French Company

Our company is one leading European provider of energy services; we are open our business all of world, and now we have more than 100 offices in 40 countries. Now in Beijing, we are looking for one Finance Analyst for our Beijing finance team, please read our specific requirements below;

Responsibility:

Payroll of local staffs
(1) 负责亚洲各子公司本地及外籍员工的薪酬计算、审核;定期调整修订预算与实际人事费用的差额;
Payroll of local staff, regional staff and expatriates of subsidiaries and prepare reconciliation of actual versus budget on HR costs regularly.

(2) 负责各公司间的员工外派协议;根据员工的实际人事费用核对各公司间的人事费用再发账单;
Arrange the secondment agreement, validate the actual HR benefit for billing and inter companies recharging purpose.

(3) 完成集团亚洲办事处人力资源成本的预算工作,并对该年度预算与上一年度预算产生的差异进行差异分析;
Prepare budget of HR costs of subsidiary variance analysis of this budget HR budget versus last year.

(4) 负责外派员工和当地员工的年度退税、社会保险、养老金及其他福利的支付。
Manage the annual tax return, social and pension, insurance benefits for expatriates and local staffs.

Review of Payroll calculation of entities
(1) 审核当地员工月度薪酬计算及其他社会保险和福利
Review of HKDC & DAFOO local staff’s monthly payroll and other social benefits and reconciliation of these HR costs with accounting;

(2) Review work on DCEM local staff’s monthly payroll and other social benefits and reconciliation of these HR costs with accounting;

(3) 收集和分析市场数据,制定年度调薪和奖金发放方案;
Collect and analysis market data, prepare annual salary review and bonus proposal template.

(4) 协助高级人力资源经理确保薪酬福利政策在下属子公司有效实施;
Assist the Senior HR manager in implementation of HR C&B best practices in subsidiaries.

(5) 审核人力资源相关报告的数据收集,例如GIQ和社会责任报告等。
Review HR reports data collection, such as GIQ, social report and social initiative, etc.

Expatriates’ back office administration
(1) 协助外派人员及其家庭在中国定居,特别是其调动的需求、签证申请、《外国人就业证》申请以及年度就业证延期;
Supervising the settling down process of the expatriates and their families in China especially on mobilization need and visa application, employment permit application and their annual renewal processes

(2) 与外派员工子女的学校保持联系,与房屋租赁和搬迁中介保持联系,安排所有外派员工相关福利的月度支付申请;
Liaise with school of expatriates’ children, property and moving agents on tenancy agreement and relocation arrangement, and arrange monthly payment application for all benefits in kind related toexpatriates etc.

(3) 追踪外派员工的回国旅行和年假申请,并按季度告知其剩余年假天数。
Track expatriates’ home trip and annual leave application and propose unconsumed annual leave accrual for quarterly reporting purpose.

Requirement
外语要求: Foreign Language
Fluent in both spoken and written English; French is a plus.

Working Experience
8年以上人力资源领域相关工作经验,至少3年以上管理经验;
8+ year related experience in HR filed of which is at least 3 years in managerial role.
3年以上外籍员工管理经验
3+ years related Expatriates management experience.
有制造业、能源管理行业人力资源管理经验者优先。
HR management experience in manufacturing/energy management industries is a plus.
本科及以上学历。
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
专业知识
Professional Knowledge
熟悉中国政府外籍雇员相关政策法规,流程和规范;熟悉薪酬架构设计;有基本财务知识者优先。
Familiar with local government policy regarding foreigner employees; familiar with compensation structure design; basic finance knowledge is preferred
熟悉微软办公软件。
Familiar with Microsoft software, Excel, PowerPoint
