（一）基本任职条件(BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)
1、理想候选人应具有财务或相关专业硕士以上学历和注册会计师等职业资格；
Ideal candidate should at least have a master degree in finance or related major, and have a professional qualification of certified public accountants;
2、具有国企尤其是央企工作经验；具有四大会计师事务所工作经验或者熟悉四大会计师事务所的资源；具有国内外工作经验；
Ideal candidate should have Experience of state owned enterprises (SOEs) as well as International experience，State-owned Key Enterprises working experience is better, he/she should have experience in “top 4” accounting company or familiar with “top 4” accounting company resource.
3、理想候选人的年龄应当在45岁－50岁之间；从事财务、会计、审计、资产管理等管理工作20年以上；在具有一定规模企业的高级财务管理岗位工作10年以上；
The ideal candidate's age should be between 45 to50 years old; Engaged in financial, accounting, auditing, asset management work for more than 20 years; he/she should have worked in a senior financial management position of a certain scale enterprises more than 10years;
4、具有良好的语言能力：英语
He/she should have good competence in both written and spoken English.


（二）专业能力 professional ability
1、应具有一定的国际性眼光和现代企业管理的意识，同时又具备丰富的中国企业业务操作的实际经验。愿意以发展的眼光和学习的心态去了解公司的文化及成长历程，以专业态度和工作激情，积极配合公司的宏观战略发展，并在与公司的共同发展中实现个人的价值。
He/she should have certain international vision and the consciousness of the modern enterprise management, as well as rich practical experience in the field of Chinese enterprise business operations. He/she should be Willing to understand the development history and the culture of X with a learning attitude . He/she should have a professional attitude and work with passion, and actively cooperate with the company's strategic development, and in the X co-development, realize his/her personal value.
2、作为公司的财务总监，他/她应当有较强的领导才能，与公司内各部门要积极沟通与协调，对外与相关政府管理部门、会计事务所等保持良好的沟通，在满足公司股东、债权人需求的同时，使公司实现长远利益的最大化。
As the company's CFO, he/she should have strong leadership qualities, and the skills to actively communicate with each department in the company, the skills to keep good communication with related government departments and accounting firms. 3、熟练掌握国际及国内财经法规、财务会计制度，熟悉国营企业、合资企业和股份制公司发展的时代背景与运作方式；候选人应具有相当规模的国内外上市公司财务管理的经验，具有将财务管理融入公司全面管理的经验和手段。
As the company's CFO, he/she should be familiar with international and domestic financial & accounting regulations, familiar with the state-owned enterprises, joint ventures and joint-stock companies’ developing backgrounds and operation style; Candidates should have sizable listed company financial management experience, both at home and abroad; Candidates should have the management experience to integrate the financial management into the company's overall management.
4、在公司内部财务管理方面，他/她应当享有良好的声誉，具有深厚的财务功底，扎实的财务管理能力、资本运作能力和风险防范能力；他/她应当能够不为追求短期或单一目标而损害公司长远利益。既有较高的政策水平，又有很强的灵活性。
In the Internal financial management in the company, he/she should enjoy good reputation, has strong financial strength, solid financial management ability, capital operation ability and risk prevention ability; He/she should be able to avoid pursuing short-term or a single goal but harm the interests of the company in the long run. he/she should have both a high understanding ability of policy, and a strong flexibility.


工作职责：
(一)全面负责集团公司的财务和资本运营操作，参照集团的宗旨、优势及战略，拟定集团公司在财务管理方面的战略发展计划。
He/she Will be entirely responsible for X financial and capital operation, according to advantages and strategy of X , Reviewing and approving the financial strategic development plan .
（二）在集团公司现有的财务制度的基础上，进一步调整、完善财务体系，建立健全财务风险控制体系，加强资金风险管理和税务监督。
On the basis of the existing financial system, He/she will improve the financial system of X, establish and improve the financial risk control system, strengthen financial risk management and taxation supervision.
（三）建立并完善集团内部监督机制。
He/she will Establish and improve the internal supervision mechanism.
（四）与其它部门高层人员及下属公司紧密合作，共同发掘商机。
He/she will Work closely with senior members of other departments and subsidiaries, jointly explore business opportunities.
（五）参与集团公司发展和经营战略的决策，协助最高管理团队实现集团的总体战略目标。
He/she will participate in X development and strategic decision-making, assist the top management team to the overall strategic target of X.
(六)运用国际通用的财务规则，主持设立并逐渐推广科学的财务管理结构和规范的业务流程，制定完备的控制和风险管理机制，并使新的制度能得以顺利推行，以提升集团的经营水平，并确保集团可持续性的健康增长，保证包括市场份额及盈利状况等指标在内的经营目标的实现。
Using the international general financial rules, He/she will set up and gradually promoting scientific financial management structure and standardize the business process, formulate overall control and risk management mechanism, and make the new system be successfully implemented, enhance the level of X operating management, and ensure the X sustainable healthy growth. Make the company realize the business objectives, including market share and profitability indicators.
(七)参与集团公司战略层面上的投资项目决策，参与对外投资、货款担保、大额资金使用、产权变动等重大事项的决策和实施。
He/she will participate in X strategic investment decision-making, participate in important matters decision-making and implementation. Such as, foreign investment, loan guarantees, the use of large amount of funds, the change of property rights and other important matters of X.
(八)组织编制全面预算并监督执行，拟定资金筹措和使用方案。参与选聘、考核和指导财务人员，以逐步实现集团公司各级财务人员的职业化配备。
He/she will be responsible for the comprehensive management of budget and supervising its implementation, formulating financing and the use scheme of the capital. Involved in selecting, evaluating and guiding financial personnel, to achieve X equipped with professional financial personnel at all levels gradually.
