BD manager or Sales manager
1、Identify prospective key accounts and develop/execute a successful sales strategy tailored to those prospective clients.
2、Develop and establish relationships with targeted clients, and meet individual sales goals with budgeted resources.
3、Pricing Management - Implement pricing decisions and standards as approved by the General Manager.
4、Promote Recall and reaffirm Corporate image through ad hoc events, associations and through incorporating image into sales effort.
5、Sales Reporting - Accountable for the accurate and timely submission of sales reports and input of required data into the company’s CRM systems.
6、Operations Coordination - Facilitate communication between sales and operations to ensure service quality, service ease and profitability.
1、Bachelor graduate;The ideal candidate will have minimum 8 years experience selling in complex decision making environments;
2、With demonstrated success in consultative selling in a business-to-business service industry, with preference selling to the Banking/Financial.
3、Selling BPO or Document Management Solution.
4、Rich Experience in developing new markets with a proven track record of successful launching in China.
5、Candidate must possess experience in presenting/discussing to top customer management and the ability to manoeuvre within a customer organization to locate key contacts for selling Recall’s services.
6、Be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats in both Chinese and English.
7、Independent, ambition, commitment, energy, enthusiasm, good team spirit and desire to win are imperative!!
