Job Description

l Responsible for the overall business development, implementexpansion strategiesand overall operations in Mainland China and Hong Kong

l Sourcing and selection of venues for coffee shops expansion andshop opening

l Responsible for the negotiation and tenancy administration of suitable locations

l Review and monitorthe operations and the quality of good and servicesprovided in coffee shops

l Set up and implement the procedures in respect of business development, shop expansion and operation

l Recruit and provide training to staff

l Liaise with overseas suppliers and head office

l Control various operating cost and assist in sales & costs budgeting

l Monitor stores’ sales performance, initiate and execute sales-driving programs

Personal Characteristics

l Strong leadership and motivational skills

l Excellent communication and presentation skills.

l Good team player and able to work under pressure.

l Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

l Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead expansion for thecoffee shops

Experience

l Over 15 years managerial experience in food and beverage operation, preferablywith international recognizedcoffee shop brandsin China

l In depth understanding of food and beverage business, preferably coffee industry in China, in particular, extensiveknowledge and networkin Shanghai and Beijing, an added advantage.

l Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality studies preferred

Station and frequent travel within China is required.
