l Oversee the operations in Beijing
l Oversee U.S supervisors and QCs in Beijing
l Understands aerospace repair programs
l Understands manufacturing processes
l Be Able to travel
l Min of 7 to 10 years experience in aviation

l Must have a sense of urgency
l Be able to manage and handle Multi tasks
l Must be a very strong leader
l Must be good at English
l Tough and aggressive personality
l Be computer literate.
l Must be able to understand blue prints, manuals and schematics.
