职位描述
The main responsibilities :
? Responsible for achieving functional machine operation for machines produced and commissioned at IEB by providing technical support and guidance to production technicians as needed.
? Maintain technical documents to fully commission and troubleshoot machinery. Coordinate technical document control with product engineering.
? Serve the primary communication channel between IEB production/ checkout and MP HQ or other divisions, with respect to electrical/software/hardware issues.
? Support machine control scripts and interfaces to level II systems
? Support compliance to configuration management and regulatory standards
? Provide technical support to field service, operations and purchasing
? Travel required for site testing, training, and support to field service
Position Requirements:
? Experienced system integrator and quick learner, having established skills in networking PLCs with computers, using OPC, and Ethernet.
? Experienced troubleshooting electrical issues with an oscilloscope.
? Knowledgeable regarding grounding issues, implementing grounding practices and techniques.
? Deep understanding of electrical controls integration, equipment, products and systems for industrial machinery focused on machine control, and data acquisition systems including:
o Machine-level communications and configuration: Profibus, DeviceNET, and Ethernet
o PLC Equipment: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi, and Pilz safety controller.
o Use HMI programming software including Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi
o GRAFCET
o Drives Equipment: Kollmorgan, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, VFDs, servo controllers, and TRIO motion controller
o National Instruments data acquisition and LabView
? HMI development and language conversion for: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and C# HMIs.
? Electrical Design Tools:
o AutoCAD
? Candidate must be knowledgeable in the principles and industry practices for electrical deign of machinery with emphasis in the following areas:
o Safety and compliance
o Power, motion and motor control
o Controls Integration
