Position Summary:
The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware/software and related infrastructure. Assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of standard Project Management Methodology.

Essential Job Functions/Accountabilities:
Systems Administrator
? Be responsible for installing desktops/laptops, workstations and servers for the concerned office by various Operating system.
? IT Help for the responsible region
? Trouble shooting for hardware/software issue

Networking
? Be responsible for maintaining our company's LAN and WAN infrastructure needs
? Be working closely with Networking for planning, installing, configuring, maintaining the entire network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Firewall, VPN) for the entire combined Asia Pacific operations
? Diagnose and solve problems related to the network based
Windows
? Determine system requirements for designing and developing hardware and software solutions for our company's windows infrastructure services needs
? Familiar with Windows OS and have enough knowledge for computer troubleshooting
? Be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, maintaining the windows server based infrastructure for the entire combined Asia Pacific operations
? Diagnose and solve problems related to the windows server based infrastructure and routinely performing upgrades to the existing server systems on need basis.

Telephone
? Be responsible for internal system monitoring (performance / connectivity)
? Familiar with Phone users updates (adds / deletes / changes)

High Performance Computing (HPC)
? Work with development and support teams to support their HPC cluster
? Deploy, maintain hardware and queuing software

Facilities (varies by region)
? Co-ordinate with management, building maintenance staff, facility manager, legal team
? Moves/Expansion new location
? Maintenance of company facilities
? Facility Management like inventory

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience
? Bachelor degree majored in computer science, information management, and network management or related major
? Over 3 years’ experience in Information Systems Management, IT Helpdesk, IT customer service or related role. Working experience in multinational companies is a plus
? Excel at Windows OS especially Windows 2008 Server. Excel at domain management
? Excel at maintain of computer, workstation, server, network, system software and application software
? Familiar with facilities setting, ex: server, router and fire wall.
? Good sense of service, communication skill and responsibilities
? Good English communication ability, both speaking and writing
