Responsibilities:

· Understands the business and contributes significantly to the improvement of the store performance in terms of sales and margin.

· Customer-oriented, close to the field commercial operations and through his actions contributes to the increase in the customers’ satisfaction.

· Direct manager of the store services, including cashier, accounting, receiving, loss prevention / security, and customer order departments. As a manager he / she is in charge of the recruitment, integration and development of his / her team of more than 30 people.

· Knows perfectly the procedures and processes in store, guarantees their implementation by the teams and actively contribute to their improvement with a customer-oriented approach.

· Is highly sensitive to finance and administrative matters, and is responsible for legal, audit, financial and administrative management of the store.

· Is Responsible for internal control and audit; guarantees the security of the goods, our teammates and our customers.

· Organizes the yearly goods inventory and controls the implementation of the anti-markdown plan

· Responsible for the budgeting approach, investment planning, year forecast and monthly P&L of the store

· Ensures that resources and investments are properly allocated

· Guarantees that economic and financial culture is spread among colleagues and contribute to the development of the bottom line through his analysis

· As a Member of the store Committee management team contributes to the construction and implementation of the store strategy

Experience and background:

· Bachelor degree or above

· At least 3-5 years in retail operations, including sales / management positions or customer service, with a strong sensitivity to financial aspects

· Or financial background (finance, audit), preferably in retail business, with a strong commercial sense and strong interest in retail field operations

· Good spoken English or French

Report to:

Direct reporting line to Store Director

Indirect reporting line to Finance Director

我们的发展
1923年 - 阿尔道夫·乐华先生和萝丝· 梅兰***结婚, 在法国北部开办了一家销售战后美国剩余物资的商店，乐华梅兰由此诞生。
1966年 - ***家乐华梅兰大型自助式建材商店成立并拥有200名员工。
1979年 - 乐华梅兰并入穆里叶欧尚集团，开启了大型连锁现代化经营的脚步。乐华梅兰与欧尚、迪卡侬同属世界500强穆里叶欧尚集团。
1998年 - 乐华梅兰分别在中国广州与上海成立两个全球采购中心。
2001年 - 在北京开设办事处，筹备在中国发展的各项事宜。
2003年 - 乐华梅兰装饰建材有限公司在北京成立。
2004年 - 乐华梅兰在中国的首家建材超市-----北京科兴店的隆重开业，标志着“乐华梅兰”品牌正式进入中国建材零售市场。
2006年 - 乐华梅兰全球首家装潢中心在北京科兴店正式成立，标志着乐华梅兰服务的全线升级
2006年 - 乐华梅兰正式更名为安达屋集团GROUPE ADEO
2008年 - 安达屋集团成功收购翠丰集团在意大利开设的Castorama (与“百安居”同属翠丰集团)，31 家商店，2000多名员工。
截至今天，乐华梅兰在法国、西班牙、意大利、葡萄牙、巴西、俄罗斯、波兰、希腊、乌克兰、罗马尼亚、土耳其、中国共开设800余家连锁店。
2012年 - 我们成功的超越拥有百安居的翠丰集团，在DIY行业，位居欧洲***，世界第三。
