Roles and Responsibilities:
The open position, telesales, will be serving Greater China Health Science Dept, base in Shanghai office. The purpose of the job is to effectively, efficiently and professionally market Elsevier Conference, Portal & Content to targeted audiences & end-users through telesales approach.

Telesales Centre Database set up

? Support Telesales Executive in developing Telesales Centre business & execution plans with Sales functions on Conference (sponsorship, delegates, exhibition & advertising), ON & OFF line advertising & reprint.
? Work with the country sales managers (major stakeholder of the project) and project owner in developing customized telesales strategy for each project.
Sales & Marketing
? Work on the sales strategy for each assigned project, make projection on estimated revenue
? Work with project owner on each sales / promotional package
? Involve in conference & marketing meeting & assist on new product development
Candidates Qualification:
？ University or College Student在校研究生、本科生、或专科生
？ Strong inter-personal communication skills 有很好的沟通能力
？ Effective team player 有团队精神
？ Enthusiastic and active 有工作热情，积极主动
？ Excellent oral English & business negotiation skill 英语口语流利
？ Willing to learn and work in MNC environment 愿意在跨国企业环境中工作、学习
？ Can full-time work in our office at least 3 working days or 4 half-day working days per week. 能保证至少每周工作3天或4个半天。
