1)Process received emails or hotline calls from application users
2)Log request/incident timely into tools with detail information and category/assignee group
3)Process pre-defined request(eg, ID release) according to knowledge base
4)Communicate with user/assignee for case information, status update, application outage
5)Case report generation
6)Case Support(Request/Incident/Problem)
7)Parameter Maintenance
8)Testing Support(Release/Deployment/Testing Case Performing)


Candidate Profile

Academic Background(degree and major)
Bachelor Degree

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
-Basic understanding of database/operation systems
-Basic understanding of banking knowledge
