Bilingual (English/Chinese) Network Operations Center (NOC) technician.
双语（英文/中文）网络运营中心技术员

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Duties may change from time to time and other duties may be assigned.

• The engineer responsibilities include first level help desk and coordination support for managed service operations with a concentration on LAN/WAN network technology.
  工程师职责包括：第一层次的帮助支援协调及支持LAN/ WAN网络技术管理业务
• The successful candidate will understand at basic level network issues and coordinate problem resolution.
  成功的候选人将要了解基层网络的问题，并协调解决问题
• Candidates must possess the basic understanding of logical and physical level issues to resolution of general network topology.
  必须具备基本的理解能力及逻辑能力，以解决一般的网络问题
• Candidates will work daily with customers providing phone and email support.
  接听及处理故障报告的电话、电邮，管理故障处理跟踪系统的时间报告，协调相关人员完成故障的处理
• Comply with all operational policies and procedures
  遵守所有营运政策及程序
• Operations liaison with all applicable internal parties and external third party providers
  需与所有有关的内部及/或外部第三方供应商联络
• Attendance to training sessions leaded by NMC to adapt/improve knowledge of technology ecosystem.
  出席由NMC举办的适应/改善技术系统的知识培训课程
  

Required Skills技能要求：

• Excellent client interaction and customer service skills.
  优秀的客户互动能力和客户服务技巧
• Must possess understanding of a T1, Protocols TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF,BGP, Routing, ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, DS3 and Ethernet
  必须了解T1，Protocols TCP / IP，EIGRP，OSPF，BGP，路由，ATM，MPLS，帧中继，DS3和Ethernet
• Basic Knowledge of CISCO routers and switches
  对CISCO的路由器和交换机有基本知识
• At least 6 months experience working with WAN
  至少对广域网有6个月的工作经验
• Ability and flexibility to work on night, weekends, or holidays
  能适应不定时于晚上，周末或假期工作
• Technical problem solving with conformance to established or proposed policies and procedures.
  解决已建或拟建的政策及技术问题
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese at both verbally & in written messages. Other APAC languages appreciated
  具良好中英文书写及会话能力

Technical Skills技术技能

• Basic knowledge of Frame, ATM, LAN, WAN, MPLS and wireless network.
  对Frame, ATM, LAN, WAN, MPLS 及无线网络有基本知识
• Basic knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure, equipment, telecom networks (Cisco, Juniper, etc), hosting and Managed services, OSI Model.
  对电信基础设施，设备，电信网络（Cisco，Juniper等），托管和管理服务，OSI模型有基本知识
• Familiar with Management application like BMC (Remedy), CA, BSM, Netcool,infovista etc will be considered as a plus.
  熟悉BMC（Remedy）CA，BSM的Netcool INFOVISTA等管理应用程序获优先考虑
• ITIL Certifications Foundation / Service a plus.
  具ITIL认证基金会/服务将获优先考虑

Education/Experience教育/经验

• Experience in the telecommunications industry preferable.
  具电信行业有经验者优先
• Experience in managing, interacting and dealing with Network Operations Groups preferable.
  具管理，互动和处理网络运营的经验优先

Compensation: 薪资：
Base salary of MORE than CNY 10,000 per month depending on experience plus local benefits。
根据个人经验，基本工资每月人民币10,000元以上，加本地福利
