Responsibilities：

The operations manager will work directly with the global CEO and Retail manager of China to help drive sales for J.Lindeberg in China. This involves the following:

1、Drive sales (working closely with the retail and training team)

l Improving customer experience in the shops and on-line (when ready in 2014)

l Staff training on premium Western lifestyle, J.Lindeberg and sales skills in a premium shop environment.

l Improve visual merchandising to better fit into a premium shop environment + better drive sales

l Implement campaigns and promotions

2、 Drive Marketing and PR to directly support retail sales (working closely with the marketing team)

3、 Product development to help find seasonal winning styles suitable for the Chinese market (working closely with design and production team).

Requirements：

1、 Regional manager above background with solid luxury experience.

2、 Know well about Training, marketing as well as sales and visual merchandizing

3、 At least 3-5years working experience in Premium/Luxury, familiar with luxury lifestyle.

Fluent in English
