职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责办公用品采购、发放、管理；
2、打印、复印各种文件、收发信件、快递及传真；
3、电话接听、转接，来访客人的接待、引导；
4、签收、签发书函、信件、电子邮件、报刊杂志；
5、管理公司相关行政文档，进行收集、分类归档工作；
6、安排通知例会，合理安排会议室和会议人员；
7、公司人员出差订票、酒店等服务；
8、负责跟外部办公用品供应商、办公用品维修商及时联系；配合其他部门的管理；
9、维护日常办公环境；
10、领导交办公司其他日常行政事务。
任职资格
1、20-26岁，身高 163CM 以上，形象端庄得体；
2、文秘、中文、英语相关专业大专以上学历，有相关工作经验；
3、熟悉并熟练应用word、excel等的相关办公应用软件及相关办公设备；
4、普通话标准，头脑灵活、外形、气质佳，有亲和力；
5、要有基本英语会话能力，可以熟练运用英语接听电话以及接待外国来宾的基本对话能力；
6、工作积极主动，耐心细致，责任心强，富于团队协作精神，善与人沟通；
7、具备良好的商务礼仪，有广告、公关行业经验优先；
8、具有出纳和外企工作经验者优先。
