岗位职责

1、参与公司竞标项目的创意构思，提供创新的设计方案：包括但不限于（Logo、主视觉、海报、PPT模板及相关的延展设计等）。竞标项目包括大型赛事及公关活动、大型会议、路演、促销活动等；

2、负责公司组织的赛事及活动之场地包装设计、印刷物品设计及公司竞标前/后相应的设计修改工作并负责对接、监督印刷物的制作及输出成果之质量；

3、根据公司要求制作相应的平面画册、印刷折页/单页、相关的海报设计等；

4、围绕公司的运动员资源及公司自身品牌传播进行设计工作；

5、其他由领导安排的事项。

任职资格

1、美术相关专业大专以上学历，男女不限，3-5 年平面设计工作经验，有成功作品优先；

2、能够独立完成 VIS 设计，画册设计，海报，宣传页设计工作，有广告策划能力者优先；

3、精通Photoshop、Illustrator等平面设计软件并具备基础的3D设计常识，且具有相当的印刷经验；

4、良好的创意思维及美学素养，画面有较强的整体把握能力，丰富的色彩感、形式感，扎实的美术功底，具备手绘、创意、设计、能力,擅长海报、样本等设计，能独立工作，有责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力，有较强的自学能力和良好的语言表达能力；有较强的进取心，有良好的职业态度和团队精神。
