职位描述：
? 负责在指定区域提供食品和酒水，按照饭店服务标准提供使客户满意的服务;
? 在客人到达餐厅后，立刻与客人打招呼并主动介绍餐厅特色以及特别推荐菜单，回答客人有关餐饮的问题并向客人提供建议;
? 为客人点单，并下单给相应厨房人员或酒吧人员;
? 根据餐厅服务标准，向客人出示账单，收到付款核对帐单后，一并交给餐厅收款员结账，将账单回联连同信用卡和找零拿给客人;
? 根据餐厅标准，上每道菜前将餐台摆好，在客人用完每道菜后将脏的餐具清除，并根据客人要求更换烟灰缸。在客人用餐完毕离开后，清理餐台并重新摆台;
? 及时获取餐饮推广活动，新菜单，每日特别推荐的相关信息；

职位要求：
? 高中以上学历；
? 1年以上五星级国际酒店餐厅服务员工作经验；
? 具备基本的餐饮知识，了解食物配料，烹调方式以及基本服务技巧；
? 具备良好的客户服务导向意识；
? 具备良好的沟通以及人际交往技巧；
? 英语口语良好；
? 可根据工作需要，灵活安排不同的工作班次；

Paulaner Bräuhaus – In house brewery and German fare
Beijing's premier and most popular microbrewery, the Paulaner Bräuhaus, is the place for steins of great beer and hearty Bavarian hospitality. This award-winning restaurant serves traditional Bavarian and German dishes.

The restaurant servers dishes like Frankfurter and Thuringian sausages, but also has lighter meals like creamy potato or onion soup, or one of our crisp German salads all served in a genuine, spacious Bavarian setting.

The expansive beer garden, with indoor and outdoor seating, is a perfect place to relax with a liter of our home-brewed Paulaner beer and listen to the swinging sounds of our nightly live music and entertainment. Paulaner Bräuhaus is a popular gathering spot for tourists, locals and foreign residents alike, so come and get a taste of the “Old World” flavor on offer here.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for serving food and beverage in the assigned section in order to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations whilst adhering to service standards;
? Greets guest at the table promptly after their arrival and informs them of specials and promotional menu, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages and service;
? Takes food and beverage orders from guests (either written or memorized) and relays the order to kitchen staff and bartender as appropriate;
? Presents the check to the guests according to the outlet standards. Upon acceptance of payment, refers checks and payment to the cashier for closing.Returns the copy of the closed check, credit card slip or change to the guests, as appropriate;
? Sets up tables for each course according to the outlet standards. During the meal, after each course, removes dirty dishes and silverware from table and changes ashtray upon needs. After the meal, cleans and resets the table;
? Keeps abreast of the food and beverage promotions, new menu items, daily specials, and other relevant information for the outlet guests;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? High School Graduate or equivalent
? Minimum of 1 year's experience as a waiter/waitress in a 5 star hotel restaurant
? Basic knowledge all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service
? Customer service orientation
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Good Spoken English
? Flexibility in the scheduling
