岗位职责：
1. 公司日常行政工作，办公用品的维护、采购
2. 做好公司文书合同的管理，做好公司内文件收发、登记
3. 负责公司行政档案的管理，以及年检等事宜
4. 参与组织、协调安排公司的相关活动
5. 管理公共环境卫生和安全
6. 定期准确完成各种款项的申请和销账工作
7. 负责定期做好固定资产的盘点工作
8. 负责公司会议的安排及通知下发、记录
9. .完成领导交代的其他临时工作

任职资格：
1. 工作细致、认真、有责任心
2. 性格开朗、亲和力强、语言表达能力强
3. 熟练使用office办公软件，具备基本的网络知识
4. 具有团队合作精神
5. 善于管理，服务意识强，能独立执行、协调和处理各项复杂事务，较强的突发事件处理能力
6. 有餐饮行业工作经验优先，有行政工作经验优先

Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily and professional administration service to support the venues managers and department managers
2. Make company internal meeting arrangement and domestic & international travel arrangement
3. Use positive attitude, hight level of initiative, a professional work ethic and shared calendar management to handle multiple priorities
4. Coordinate communications to keep information flowing within department and venues
5. Design, track, and manage training programs, schedules and calendars
6. Assist General Manager with the implementation of SOP's, including document translation
7. Help coordinate schedules, track project progress, and update calendars
8. Be available to assist all company managers with various needs across several restaurants in Beijing, including capturing and tracking action on feedback, following up on key activities
Requirement:
1. Minimum 1 year experience as Administrative Assistant
2. Excellent written and spoken English skills
3. Passion for food and drink
4. Passion for managing standards
5. proven ability in using word, excel, powerpoint and E-mail applications
6. Good team spirits
7. Good communication skills
