Hummingbird一休保健会所，现招前台两/三名，要求中英文口语流利。目前主要接待外宾，因此该职位塑造了一个绝佳的外语环境，以及以客户为导向的服务平台。提供免费入职培训以便熟练掌握预定系统和促销技巧。员工福利待遇优厚，提供食宿（如有需要）。全职和兼职（周末）均可。

The Wellness Spa by Hummingbird is expanding and we are recruiting three receptionists, who can speak fluent English and Chinese. This job offers a great opportunity for starters to practice English and customer focus services, as the main clientele are foreigners. Free training is provided to master the booking system and selling skills. Accommodation and meals are also provided if needed. Full-time and Part-time (weekends) can both be considered.

职位描述：

- 为到店客人提供一个舒适友好的环境；

- 负责前台接待及电话预定；

- 根据每月促销项目协助促进销售（会员/礼券/特色服务）；

- 参与和协助各类活动的摊位；

- 其他销售/客户服务相关的任务

任职要求：

- 女性，21岁以上

- 中英文流利

- 积极上进，快速的学习能力

- 良好的沟通协调能力

- 相貌端正，待人热诚

Job Description:

- Providing a friendly SPA environment when guests arrive;

- Take SPA reservations

- Help boost sales (membership/vouchers/Signature retreats), according to monthly promotions;

- Participate and assist in different events

- Other sales/customer service related tasks

Requirements:

- Female, age 21 & above

- Fluent oral and listening English, as well as Chinese

- Fast learning

- Good communication skills

- Friendly attitude
