高级嵌入式系统测试工程师
主要职责：
1.负责无线AP等通信设备的功能测试、集成测试和系统测试工作，完成功能、性能、稳定性等方面的测试，并提交测试报告；
2.根据产品设计需求和开发计划，进行测试需求分析，制定测试计划，设计测试方案和测试用例；
3.参与系统测试方案、测试用例等文档的制定和评审；
4.构建测试环境，执行测试并对问题进行跟踪分析和报告，推动测试中发现的问题及时合理地解决；
5.撰写测试过程中所需的测试脚本；
6.了解客户的需求，能模拟客户场景并定位问题。

任职要求：
1.计算机、通信、电子及相关专业毕业，
2.本科5年以上（含5年）、研究生3年以上（含3年）工作经验；
3.熟悉TCP/IP、802.11无线技术、路由交换技术，熟悉测试工具的使用；
4.有AP,AC的开发测试经验者优先；
5.熟悉TCL/TK自动化脚本；
6.了解产品周期和测试流程；有做带团队经验的优先；
7.工作语言，英文。要求有很强的英文读写听说能力；
8.能服从项目经理的统一安排和调配，具有团队合作精神，能按时高质量地完成项目经理交给的任务；高度主动性，拥有良好的沟通技巧，责任感和创新意识；工作细致认真，有耐心；有很强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，具备总结能力和持续改进的能力。

1. Responsible for wireless AP and Controller function test, integrated test and system test, complete functions, performance, stability test, and submit the test report;
2. According to the product design and development plans, come up with test strategy, develop test scope and test cases;
3. Be able to design system level test plan;
4. Constructing test topology, perform test, and with good debug skill;
5. Be able to write test script, automated test cases;
6. Understanding the demand of customer, can simulate the customer scenario and troubleshooting

Requirements:
1. Granduating from Computer, communication, electronics and the related specialized Major
2. Above 5 years (contain 5 years) Networking and Wireless Area working experience.
3. Familiar with TCP/IP, 802.11 wireless technology, and route exchange technology; Familiar with the use of the test tool, IXIA, TestCenter, Veriwave, Azimuth.
4. Have AP, AC of develop and test experience is preferred.
5. Familiar with TCL/TK automation scripts;
6. Knowledge of product cycle and test process; experience with the team leader is preferred;
7. Working language, English. Requirements have very strong in written, listen and spoken English;
8. Good team work;good commitment; good communication; accountable;innovation; strong logic analysis ability and learning ability, have the ability to summarize and continuous improvement ability.
