岗位要求：

1.专科及以上，酒店管理类专业、英语口语熟练者优先；

2.4年及以上高级餐厅工作经验，2年及以上管理工作经验；
3.精通餐厅运营、人员招聘、岗位培训、菜单设计、成本控制、健康与安全和相关的卫生标准；

4.熟悉相关财务知识，尤其是损益表/收益表的日常处理；

5.英语口语熟练；

6.具有较强的领导能力、团队建设能力，可以有效激励员工；

7.较强的商业敏感并能掌握餐饮市场趋势；

8.倒班工作制.
