职位描述
工作职责：
l 负责公司行政车辆的管理和用车安排；
l 负责公司各类办公设备的维修及保养；
l 负责公司各类证件证照的办理、审验登记；
l 负责公司与政府部门及其他相关单位的沟通和联络；
l 负责公司年会、团队建设等相关事务的安排及协调；
l 负责公司外籍人员的护照、签证及工作许可证办理；
l 负责生产及办公区域的日常卫生的管理及监督；
l 兼任企业公务车司机；
l 负责办公室其他行政事务
l 其他部门经理指定的工作任务。
任职资格：
l 大专及以上学历；
l 10年以上行政管理工作经验；
l 驾驶技术熟练，熟悉北京路况；
l 普通话标准；
l 具有基本英语听力及口语交流能力；
l 工作认真负责、严谨、有责任心。

Elanders Beijing is a full service printing and infomedia company that can offer whole printing solutions from translation, technical writing and publishing solutions, to printing and packaging, and even warehousing and distribution, including JIT deliveries.
