职位描述
岗位职责:
? Primary role is to architect, implement, debug and optimizesignificantly higher performance LTE-A and future 5G PHY and baseband DSP using FPGA and/or DSP processors with innovative interference cancelation/rejection and MIMO functionalitiesthat will increase the spectrum efficiency by manifolds
? Design and implement digital-intensive 4G and 5G Tx and Rx architectures and algorithms that will relax RF/analog component requirements and provide significantly higher performance and unique capabilities compared to the state of the art
? Simulate, implement, debug and optimize innovative algorithms in MIMO, transmit and receive beamforming, channel estimation, equalization, interference cancellation, pre-coding, etc.
? Understand system specifications and be able to break them down to block level analog/digital specifications.
? Work with RF and systems engineers to develop design requirements and interfaces
? Must be able to complete projects on time and meeting requirements.
任职资格:
? MSEE with 5+ years experience or Ph.D. with 2+ years experience in hands-on LTE PHY and baseband design, FPGA/DSP implementation,debugging, tuning and optimization. (MSEE and PhD research in the above subject area counts as experience). Outstanding RF engineers with BSEE and 10+ years of experience will also be considered.
? Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing LTE PHY and baseband using FPGA and DSP. Prior experience in implementing DSP algorithms for LTE or WiMax products using FPGA is a must.
? Knowledge of LTE/LTE-Astandards onPHY and baseband and interference management
? Strong background in Wireless Communications and Digital Signal Processing.
? Strong expertise in designing transmitter and receiver features: MIMO, transmit and receive beamforming, channel estimation, equalization, interference cancellation, pre-coding, etc.
? Strong coding skills in VHDL or Verilog, Xilinx design suites including System Generator for DSP, Matlab/Simulink, and embedded real-time programming using C/C++.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills, good command of speaking and written English language
