岗位职责:

? Design innovative and high performance 700MHz-6GHz RF Tx and Rx chains and build prototypes using a range of components including amplifiers, analog filters, mixers, ADCs and DACs
? Work with PHY and DSP engineers to develop design requirements and interfaces
? Develop RF build-in test and RF build-in calibration circuits
? Select ICs and RF components for a prototype that can meet the requirements
? Design, layout, manage the fabrication of RF PCB
? Testing, debugging, tuning and optimization of the designs
? Must be able to complete projects on time and meeting requirements.



任职资格:

? MSEE with 5+ years experience or Ph.D. with 2+ years experience in hands-on RF (700MHz to 6GHz )design, PCB layout, fabrication, testing, tuning and optimization.(MSEE and PhD research in the above subject area counts as experience). Outstanding RF engineers with BSEE and 10+ years of experience will also be considered.
? Deep knowledge, broad experience and superb design and optimization skills of RF circuits and ADC and DAC data converters
? Experience with ADS and/or other RF simulation and layout packages and testing equipment including vector signal generators, vector signal analyzers and network analyzers
? Experience in PCB design and fabrication using off-the-shelf couplers, circulators, combiners/splitters, attenuators, phase sifters and delay lines and other RF components
? Experience designing passive and active RF filters
? Knowledge ofLTE PHY standards
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills, good command of speaking and written English language
