职位描述：

· 保证所有食物根据标准成分准备配料;

· 面点食品的制作及展示；

· 确保所有厨房设备都干净整洁，完好无缺且正常工作; 确保工作区域内的环境卫生达到标准，避免任何有可能的污染；

· 确保厨房的健康安全标准，避免事故产生;

· 通过破损最小化，过剩食品利用，份量控制达到成本控制最优化;

· 协助检查所有外购和库房提取食品的数量和质量;

职位要求：

· 烹饪学校，中专以上学历；

· 2年以上同等星级酒店中厨面点工作经验；

· 具有当代中式面点制作知识技巧；

· 抗压能力强；

· 可根据工作需要，灵活安排不同的工作班次；
