Team Lead – Recruitment Services – Beijing

Due to rapid growth and expansion in PRC, we are actively seeking a professional and highly experienced candidate to join our team in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

1)Responsible for managing all aspects of the business with the aim to grow and expand the business in line with direction provided by the Country Head.

2)Role’s mandate includes:
a.Business Development
b.Mentor, manage and lead recruitment staff
c.Contribute to the Links’ brand – through marketing and job execution
d.Recruitment work on senior level positions
e.Hire and develop staff and maintain a productive work environment

3)Marketing / Business Development
·Identify client and business development opportunities
·Lead focused, proactive marketing and business development activities for the Division
·Enhance relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with new clients
·Client visits
·Client presentations

4)Execution
·Work on recruitment assignments focusing on specific industries and job functions
·Manage expectations of both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
·Work to deliver high quality service to clients
·Ensure quality and speed of all work done by team members

Requirements:
1.Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience gained in PRC
2.Understanding of managing P&L
3.Proven track record as a team lead or demonstrated capacity to take on this role
4.Business development track record
5.Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach
6.A focused, driven and self-motivated approach
7.Excellent communication and presentation skills
8.A team player with a can-do attitude
9.Fluent English and Mandarin a must
