Job Description


? Promote Compliance with Early-To-Market (ETM) quality planing Process:
- Concept & Core Team membership for ETM Phases 0-6
- Act as “voice of the customer” regarding quality matters
- Checks ETM deliverables and completes Phase checklists
- Issues ETM Decision report /minutes
- Highlight risks to management and nominate solutions
- Monitors exception process

? Ensure Product and Process Integrity
- Devise Program quality plans
- implement a Product Quality Management Process
- provide early indicators for product quality
- Implement preventive actions (FMEA, Design reviews)
- Determine the impact of product reliability waivers and design concession requests.
- Release OQC critera and NPI builds readiness check
- Issue New Product Release(NPR)
- Review software plans and deliverables are suitable for the customer requirements, and hold SW release review

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 3 years experience performing product development quality assurance.
BS or MS degree with a background in Engineering, preferably electrical.
CQE, DFSS or Six Sigma green belt or equivalent quality certification is desired.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English languages (oral and written).
Must be able to perform well in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese.
Good team spirit, responsible, autonomy, open-minded.
Can traval frequenctly under short term notice in Asia region.
Lead change in the organisation
Plans and executes projects for business results

Considered a plus:

? CQE, Six Sigma or equivalent quality certification is desired.
? Knowledge of Agile
? Knowledge of PMP
