Role Summary/Purpose
The Logistics Projects Leader is responsible for projects management of import/export, consolidation and transportation. This includes initiating improvements in import/export, logistics operation, and facilitating a strategic outlook that will better serve all stakeholders. The role leads and implements key projects that improve tools, process, productivity, and compliance.

Essential Responsibilities
• Maintaining and developing key measurement & relationships with current, new and potential service providers • Overcome road blocks to ensure delivery is made in line with internal and external customers requirements • Drive standardization of logistics processes across the region • Drive data analysis and business case development for key projects • Supporting Import/Export duty & Logistic Cost Productivity initiatives • Responsible for on time delivery in/out of the region • Developing, measuring and reporting process and performance metrics to drive improvements. • Working cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes. • Drive Logistics related Lean projects • Leading change initiatives that will enable whole logistics to reach a world-class level of operations

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Import/Export, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering2. Minimum 6 years of experience working in Import/Export, logistics, engineering, or supply chain management.3. Experience in Import/Export, logistics or supply chain modeling & simulation.4. Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization. 5. Proven ability to meet deadline in a fast paces changing environment.
