岗位职责
1、根据公司的招商加盟计划，负责在全国范围内寻找合适的加盟商；
2、完成对加盟商的洽谈、签约工作，并对加盟商进行管理、协调、指导、监督管理；
3、维护和协调好加盟商与公司的加盟关系，保持沟通并及时解决、反馈问题；
4、协助公司相关的部门，完成对加盟商终端的管理；
5、完成加盟合作伙伴的退盟、转让、续签工作；
任职资格：
1、25-45岁，大专（含）以上学历；
2、3年以上同岗位工作经验，有机械产品、机械加工产品等相关加盟工作经验优先；
3、具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
4、具有较强的领导、组织、协调能力；
5、具有独立进行业务谈判和交涉的能力，并能现场解决问题和处理突发事件能力；
6、能积极开发客户资源，利用各种渠道收集、商业信息，并建立和不断完善客户数据库，把握有效的客户资源；
7、能深刻领会公司的经营理念，服务理念，并能落实到实际工作中；
8、全国范围内有优良人脉资源者优先考虑。
