职位描述
Key Objectives
- Develops and sets-up the BMW used car program including procedures, processes and organization on BMW China and dealer level, develops the used car market for BMW through authorized distribution chains in Mainland China.
-Implement BMW AG used car program—BMW Premium Selection.
-Consult dealers and supervise the development of the used car program on retail level.
-Incorporate supporting tools from BMW AG into the used car program.
-Conceive, Implement and monitor measures to increase used car sales.
Major Responsibilities
-Compile the used car program which comprises sales, marketing, finance, service and parts issues.
-Negotiates used car sales targets.
-Monitor dealer performance in achievement of those targets.
-Provide consistent and systematic input on competitive actions in the marketplace.
-Ensure that dealers install and operate used car sales systems.
-Ensure that all sold program cars to meet BMW Premium Selection standards.
-Constantly monitors dealer used car inventory movements.
-Helps dealer to source used BMW vehicles.
-Promote and supervise the acquisition of dealer used car personnel.
-Monitor the residual value of BMW used vehicles.
-Ensure that BMW Premium Selection dealers OCS&ICS to meet BMW CI.
-Assist the dealers the annual dealer marketing plan for each dealer, monitoring its ongoing implementation.
-Monitor and support used car warranty related issues.
-Ensure the quality and integrity of the information.
Education / Degree
-Bachelor of Science, business administration, marketing, economics or equivalent.
Knowledge / Skills / Competences
-Fluent in Chinese and English is a must.
-Understanding of BMW corporate philosophy and image.
-Negotiating skills.
-Communication skills.
-Analytical skills.
-Ability to plan strategically.
-Excellent Microsoft office skills.
Experience
-At least three years job experience in retail sales or wholesale, preferably in selling new or used automobiles.
