Internal: Networking with all TSS functions (Tender and Capture, Engineering, Procurement & Logistics), local TS teams, workshops

External: Customers, external workshops, sub contract suppliers

Mission
Responsibilities and Accountabilities

duties will include:-

？ Preparation of the necessary planning documentation for retrofit projects and coordination between Alstom and the customer on project timing
？ Assisting in the expediting of deliverables from suppliers (both internal and external) and reporting the results of this task
？ Monitoring progress of activities during project execution, highlighting risks to the schedule and proactively identifying mitigation actions
？ Working closely with the respective Project Manager in order to successfully manage the project schedule

Essentially the successful candidate will:-

？ Have experience of using both Microsoft Project and Primavera planning software to plan large retrofit engineering projects
？ Preferably be qualified to Bachlor or above level and have a background in Engineering
？ Possess good IT skills with a sound understanding of fundamental engineering principles and the ability to apply them to practical situations
？ Be able to work closely and actively in a project team environment and understand his/her role at all times in order to improve the team's efficiency
？ Be prepared to travel overseas, sometimes at short notice
