Key Objectives:

This role is responsible to:

• Manage emission certification projects of CBU passenger cars for MEP & BEPA

• Plan and follow the type approval as well as in-use emission & FC tests

• Ensure on time emission certification approval

Major Responsibilities:

• Make project plan, including the timeline, budget, vehicle & parts, as well as data for testing and application for all CBU passenger car emission projects, together with local and AG side project and subject responsible colleagues.

• Track the delivery status for all data needed for emission certification, follow the logistic of test vehicle and parts.

• Coordinate the emission and FC tests in different test centers, cooperate with powertrain specialists with troubleshooting. Ensure the necessary test reports from the test centers are issued in time.

• Communicate with the dealers and technicians for test vehicle maintenance, rework and repairing.

• Lead the in-use vehicle emission testing.

• Summarize and report the project status weekly.

• Conduct MEP and BEPA certification and ensure on time release of approval

Education / Degree:

• University degree in mechanical / automotive engineering or comparable educational background

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:

• Knowledge of automotive engineering, Knowledge of emission and powertain technology.

• User of software like MS-Office, Windows etc.

• Proficient Mandarin/English, German would be an advantage.

• Good communication skills with external parties and internal parties, team player

Experience:

• 1~3 years of experience in emission certification/powertrain calibration
