Access Network R&D Center of Ericsson is located at Beijing. Scope of the R&D Center is to develop RBS products within Radio Access Network area, with applicable standards like GSM, WCDMA, FDD & TDD LTE.
Responsibilities
· Work as technical leader within Radio Base Station development and maintenance projects
· Manage Radio HW System Design, define HW architecture, system solutions of radio products
· Handle systemization of functionalities and requirements, including break down requirements to the sub level of implementation
· Lead technical analysis, studies and investigations and communicate with Product Management, Production and Markets
· Obtain and maintain a wide knowledge of Radio Access Network and Ericsson products roadmap
This person should
· Enjoy and be confident in driving and working with teams across multiple sites and/or units
· Be willing to find creative solutions when lacking information
· Be business and customer focused with emphasis on seeing the big picture
· Have strong leadership and good communication and social skills

Qualifications

· Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent
· Minimum 5 + years’ experience of Radio/HW System Design or Radio Development within radio access area
· Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
· Strong Leadership and good communication and social skills
· Fluent in English speaking and writing
