1 负责新员工培训
2 负责制定月、季度、年销售目标
3 负责课程顾问的业绩考核、提成核算
4 承担一定量的业绩任务
5 配合市场人员做好活动
6 协调与教务部门的工作

任职要求
1 本科及以上学历
2 三年以上同行业工作经验
3 一年以上管理工作经验和带团队的经验
4 熟悉早教品牌，并对本行业有独到的见解
5 英语口语熟练
6 很强的跨部门沟通能力
