Job Position: Reporting and Analysis 报表与分析
BU/Department: Human Resource人力资源部
Reports to: Head of Staffing, Human Resource
Job Opened in following cities:Shanghai上海
Purpose:
Be accountable for overall management of C&B function to align total reward philosophy and operations with overall HR strategy and business objectives as well as to maintain and improve competitive advantages of Willis C&B framework and practices
Job Content
? Maintain and develop China C&B related policies and procedures to make sure they are in line with government regulations, business and HR strategies.
? Benchmarking with the industry market and competitors, to accountable for the design, implementation and effectiveness tracking and analysis of total reward program to make sure the competitive advantages of Willis be maintained and improved, as well as the C&B framework and practices be aligned with overall business strategy.
? Design and develop a consistent analysis and reporting system to monitor business performance and sales productivity and to provide factor-based valuable insight to the management.
? Manage bonus recommendation and annual salary review process.
? Support HR BP on internal communication of C&B related issues to standardize C&B related practices and provide professional and effective guidance and consultancy to business to generate understanding form internals.
? Facilitate efficient merit review guidelines and processes to drive pay for performance culture
? Contribute to the implementation to compensation communication programs to foster line managers and employees understanding on compensation offerings.
? Participate harmonization of C&B programs with a goal of compliance and standardization.
? Complete other assignments & projects as requested from the Head of Staffing.
Education and/or Experience
? At least 3 years’ experience in business planning, consulting or HR in a multinational company
? University graduate or above, Master of Business Administration is preferable
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Capabilities:
? Strong analytical and project management skills
? Excellent analytical skills, meticulous with regard to details
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? Great problem solving skills
? Can independently work under pressures
? Fluency in Chinese, with strong English capability both written and oral.
? Proficiency with MS software and database management systems
