Job Summary ( Purpose of Job ) :

Work in VCIC BeiJing office as local IT support engineer, will be expert on DeskSide support, assist lead to manage team. Use his/her expertise to improve the efficiency of team.

ROLES OF JOB

1. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

· Support all users regarding IT Helpdesk related issues.

· Backup of VIP user support.

· Drive satisfaction of users and managers of all supported functions.

· Training delivery (NEO to users and team internal).

· Assistant of team lead.

· Ensure efficient use of IT tools.

· Develop and maintain IT standards (Documentation).

· IT asset management maintenance.

2. Key Skills:

· Ability to team work

· Mastered Windows 7 and XP English OS with Domain environment

· Mastered Microsoft applications. (Office/Exchange/Lync etc.)

· Familiar with network knowledge and troubleshooting skill.

· Ability to work effectively with users in solving IT issues.

· Relationship builds with users and vendors.

· Communication skill with users and partners.

· Aware of IT product and SLA/KPI.

· Ability to work with limited supervision.

· Open positive attitude.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

· Technical degree in IT.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools.

· Communication skill.

2. Additional Important Requirements (e.g. language, mobility):

· Fluent in spoken and written English
