Responsibilities & Main tasks职责和主要任务：
Daily administrative work
日常行政工作
Organize meetings/appointments, take memo
会议安排/接待来访，起草备忘录
Execute AMS governance model and follow up MRP activity
实施售后服务管理体系及追踪中期计划进度
To coordinate subordinate dept. and make the whole division work smoothly and integrated internally and externally
与各内部部门之间的有效合作与协调
Travel organisation, including administration and purchase of tickets and hotel reservation, preparation and calculation of travel order and the corresponding payments
差旅相关事宜，包括：机票与酒店的预订、相关文件与单据的准备与核查
All other services that might be required to have smooth operation of the division
促进部门工作有效运行的其他相关协调作

Qualification要求：
University degree or equivalent
本科或同等学力
At least 1 year experience as secretary.
一年以上相关经验
Good command of English both in speaking and writing
良好的英语口语与写作技能
Good communication and coordination skills
良好的沟通与合作能力
Skilled operation of Microsoft Office
熟练应用办公软件
