Job Responsibility:

- Provides direct and indirect support to customers, Sales Reps and others involving simple to complex customer orders

- Maintenance contracts from initial quoting through order validation, order entry, invoicing and collections.

- Reviews and ensures all requirements for processing customer orders/invoices are met. Appropriately escalates issues for resolution.

- Performs administrative support functions for Sales Reps and managers including creation and validation of quotes, creating draft software license agreements and amendments, draft Sales Order Forms

- Maintains appropriate records and files and completes order packets for record keeping and Finance review.

Education/skills required:

- University and Post secondary (college) degree with an emphasis on Accounting/Finance, English or Business.

- Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically, Excel and Word.

- Detail oriented and be able to work under pressure

- General computer data entry skills necessary.

- Thorough knowledge of customer service best practices.
