- Identifies business opportunities and develops the opportunities with the partners;
- Coordinates with various function lines to explore business opportunities;
- Develops solid relationship with potential clients and manage the status and business opportunity pipeline;
- Generates business opportunities through alliance program, relationship with investment bankers, law firms, venture capitals, etc.;
- Develops and coordinates business development events;
- Manages business development program.
- Bachelor or above degree with major in Finance related;
- 5 years of related experience in professional service firm and/or financial industry;
- Accounting knowledge, knowledge of IPO process, and/or CPA qualification is a plus;
- Strong industry knowledge and relationship in one or more of the following areas: Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Resources, Real Estate, Consumer Business, Manufacturing, etc.
- Sound problem solving skill, judgment and decision making, and strong initiatives;
- Demonstrated ability to think at a strategic level and to work independently;
- A self-starter and the ability to work independently;
- Good communication skill, English and Chinese, and interpersonal skills;
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- 良好的解决问题能力，判断及决断能力，工作积极主动

- 优秀的沟通技巧，中英文表达及人际关系能力
- 优先的演讲和谈判技巧
