China Consulting Human Capital Advisory Services (HCAS) has
more than 50 professional HCAS consultants dedicating to providing all-round human capital management solutions to help our clients solve their business problems. At the same time, we can also assist to find out the defects and deviations in the existing human capital strategies through evaluating the effectiveness of current human capital system and policies, to optimize the investment strategy on human capital and further help companies create more value.

As a Senior Consultant/Consultant, you will
- Delivering HR consulting projects, which may include organization design, executive compensation, short term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management and HR technology solutions, etc.
- Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems
- Work as a team leader and be able to perform team administration/management tasks including developing detailed work plans, manage status, etc
- Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
- Coach junior team members and provide advice on procedures/work methods to individuals who may be at the same level
- Supporting our other lines of services as appropriate and necessary
- Assist our practice in business development work, such as proposal preparation and part of the team for bidding of global / regional opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines
- For consultant above 2 years' (sr. consultant above 4 years') consulting experience preferably inreputable consulting company or HR experience in corporation is desirable
- Good knowledge in any of the following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions, etc.
- Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Good sense of business, good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Mature, proactive and committed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
- Can accept business travel

作为高级咨询顾问/咨询顾问，您将：
- 参与人力资源咨询项目，包括组织架构设计、高管薪酬、短期激励计划、绩效管理、人事流程、变革管理和人力资源技术方案。
- 协助明确，评估和解决项目中出现的问题
- 作为团队领导，执行团队管理任务，包括制定具体工作计划，管理项目进展等。
- 依照轻重缓急，监督他人的工作，确保在规定期限内完成并达到质量标准
- 经常就具体的工作事务/项目成果与客户进行互动交流
- 对级别较低的团队成员进行辅导，并对可能处于同一级别的其他人提供有关程序/工作方法的建议
- 为其他专业服务邻域提供适当的支持
- 协助部门进行业务拓展工作，包括拟写建议书，能够成为全球/地区业务机会竞标团队的成员
资格条件：
- 人力资源管理、心理学、统计学或其他相关专业大学或以上学位
- 咨询顾问需二年以上（高级咨询顾问需四年以上）咨询公司咨询业务经验，著名咨询公司更佳，或公司内人力资源经验；
- 具备以下领域知识：组织架构设计、高管薪酬、短期激励计划、绩效管理、人事流程、变革管理和人力资源技术方案等。
