主要职责及责任：
？● 射频发生器测试及相关的不合格品报告跟进
？● 电气柜的检验及不合格品跟进
？● 检查及测试电气零件、组件及配件，以确保在安装到半导体设备上之前符合中微规范及质量标准
？● 使用测量仪器验证电线电缆的尺寸以确保其满足图纸要求
？● 电气零件的出货检验
？● 当发现不合格品时撰写不合格品（NCR）报告
？● 与供应商质量工程师一起解决测量过程中发现的问题
？● 完成其它由供应商质量经理分配的工作
？● 必要时进行去供应商现场进行电气零件的检验

教育、培训、技能和经验要求：
？● 电气专业大专或以上文凭
？● 有电气设备制造、修理或维修3年以上经验
？● 有示波器使用经验
？● 基本的英语书写及口语交流
？● 有射频发生器知识和工作经验者优先
？● 有电器柜的生产或检验经验者优先
？● 有OEM零件及PCBA检验经验者优先
？● 两年以上来料检验经验者优先
？● 基本的Excel及Outlook操作


Key duties/responsibilities:
？● RF Generator testing and NCR follow up
？● Inspection of electrical box such as AC Box, AC Rack and DC box
？● Inspects and tests electrical parts, assemblies, and accessories prior to installation in Semiconductor equipment for conformance to specifications and quality standards
？● Verifies wire and cable length, dimensions, and clearance of parts, using precision instruments
？● Out going inspection for electrical relate parts
？● Initiate Non-Conformance reports (NCR) when find non-conformance parts as required
？● Work with supplier quality engineer to resolve inspection questions
？● Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supplier quality manager
？● Perform source inspection, when necessary

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
？● Diploma or equivalent in electrical field
？● Experience of work in electrical equipment manufacturer, repair or maintenance service for 3years or more
？● Experience of using oscilloscope;
？● Basic English written and verbal communication skills
？● Experience of inspect RF Generator is preferred
？● Experience of manufacturing or inspection on electrical box such as AC Box, AC Rack, DC Box, RF Rack, etc is preferred
？● Experience of inspection on OEM parts such as Pump, MFC, etc is preferred
？● 2+ years Quality Control experience on receiving inspection is preferred
？● General proficiency of Microsoft Excel
