Job responsibilities:
1) Lead the plant quality department to ensure the execution of quality management system;
2) Implementation of the quality management system and continuously improve the quality management process and documentation procedure ;
3) Organize and executive the internal audit based on the valid quality management system;
4) Organize the process and products audit to ensure the manufacturing process is valid and stable ;
5) Maintain company ‘s conformance to be the standards to ensure international product compliance;
6) Establish quality plan for all production line in manufacturing and providing training , inspection and verification tools and schedules verification audits to ensure products assembly testing and process confirm to the quality control plans and instruction
7) Facilitate new production and ensure all first articles and performance requirement meet specification and design requirements.
8) Ensure the inspection for incoming material and process is robust
9) Management to quality test and verification device , make sure the valid tools be used in quality test and verification process
10) Management to quality documents and records, ensure document control is valid and efficiency.
11) Participant in product and process improvement project with design, manufacturing engineering, test engineering and supplier quality team.
12) Overall supervision and coordination of plant quality resource in most effective manner , working closely with global team, management of quality activities which will support business plans and satisfy customer’s expectation

Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering field preferably Electro Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 6 years industry experience in quality management role in industry of machine manufacturing
* Experience in implementing ISO9001 quality standard
* LSS experience with practice knowledge of 5S ,VSM, FEMA, PPAP,MSA
* Practical experience of QMS & process audit according to ISO9001
* Strong leadership, decision making and coaching skills.
* Ability to work closely in a Global environment and develop team based culture.
* Ability to learn critical product design & processes and coach suppliers accordingly.
* Strong verbal & written communication skills in English is essential.
